The Technical Service Operations Centre is connected to over 500 customer sites and 14,000 critical trading assets. Our engineers conduct preventative digital maintenance remotely. That means you don’t always need boots on the ground to make sure everything’s working as it should, which improves first-time fix rates and can lower operational costs. Our customer portal provides live analytics and reporting; you can see what our engineers are doing in real time and simplify compliance.
